PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Internal sleeve INTU FR INSLEEVE is composed of a flexible insert made of graphite-based material that swells under the influence of temperature above 140°C and a metal ring-shaped cartridge made of 1.0 mm thick sheet metal protected with anti-corrosion coating.
APPLICATION
INTU FR INSLEEVE is used for fire protection of penetrations with plastic pipes (PVC, PP, PE, HDPE) running through fire partitions. For installation inside the pipe.
Rigid walls:
The wall must be at least 150mm thick and have concrete, cellular concrete structure or masonry structure, with a minimum density of 600kg/m3
Rigid floors:
The floor must be at least 150mm thick and have concrete, cellular concrete structure or masonry structure, with a minimum density of 1700kg/m3
INSTALLATION METHOD
- Adjust the size of the sleeve to the pipeline diameter.
- Slide the sleeve into the pipeline.
- Fill holes and material losses around the pipe with cement mortar.
